 A meeting is coordinated to review your history, utility spending and
decision-making process.


Document Collection

 We gather copies of each location's previous month's gas, electric,
water, waste and telecommunication bills.

The BSG Consulting Services Agreement is signed.

Our client provides a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) on a
company letterhead allowing BSG to work with the utility companies
on their behalf and gather historical data and billings.


Analysis

 BSG performs extensive research, audit and analysis to present a
savings strategy.

A second meeting is arranged to discuss savings options and how
to proceed.

Remember - if we find no refunds, credits or savings, you owe BSG

nothing.


Ongoing Maintenance

 BSG continues to search for additional savings and will ensure that
all refunds and savings are correctly processed for the term of the
agreement. Refunds and savings are shared on a contingency basis.
